Let the right one in is a fantastic movie, I prefer the original Swedish (Or Swiss?) version to the American one, a really good movie is Pans Labyrinth, ther is a very a few very gorey parts to it. Apocolypto is also a great movie though, again, extremely gorey.

I haven't seen the remake of it. The swedish one is quite a supreme movie, hard to remake it.

I've seen Pan's Labyrinth and Apocalypto. Great stuff.

Some great original movies I've seen:

Pans Labrynth (At times it drags in my opinion but stunning cinematography)
District 9 (one of my favorites)
Pandorum (really really original slant on a zombie film with an insane twist)
Quiet Man (Same makers and style as Fight Club)
Cell 211 (Prison break out film but from a totally different view point)
The Orphanage (not to be confused with the orphan. The scariest film I've ever seen and with barley a drop of blood spilt)
Observe and Report (Very darky funny humour)

Sorry for the late reply! Cell 211...no trust me. It's not the ending or outcome you would expect for a prison film. Orphanage - Don't blame you it's a scary one ;L.

Heres the link - it's actually called He Was A Quiet Man - went and found it for you :

Caro and Jeunet have made a lot of escellent movies together, and apart. I love their work too.

Have you seen their first collab? Bunker of the Last Gunshots (Le Bunker de la dernière rafale). A silent post apocalypse short. Oh, and Marc Caro's first solo movie Dante 01 is something else as well. Perhaps not the most engaging story but interesting visuals/camerawork and some interesting characters (and of course Dominique Pinon is present as always, haha).
